At Lavandula Farm, we want you to be completely satisfied with your botanical skincare; if a product doesn't meet your expectations, we offer returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original glass packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is identified correctly.

• 3.
  Ship Back to the Farm

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
